Purpose
Tendbell helps you remember and record medications and supplements. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Reminders are not guaranteed
Notifications can be delayed or suppressed by device settings, Focus modes, low battery, software updates or other factors outside our control. You remain responsible for taking your medication as prescribed. For critical medications, keep a backup method.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Your data is stored on your device; see the Privacy Policy.
Tendbell Plus
Basic reminders are free. Tendbell Plus (stock tracking, PDF reports, multiple profiles, themes and app icons, iCloud sync, Apple Watch app) is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, optionally with a free trial, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Purchases are also subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. If Plus ends, your data is not deleted; Plus features are locked until Plus is active again. On Android, purchases are made through Google Play under Google Play’s terms and are managed in Google Play.
Tendbell Family
Tendbell Family is an auto-renewing yearly subscription that includes everything in Plus and lets you share profiles with the people you invite, with caregiver alerts. People you invite don’t pay. Payment, renewal and cancellation work as described for Plus. Lifetime does not include Family; if you have both and Family ends, Lifetime Plus remains. If Family ends, sharing stops syncing, but no data is deleted.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any harm resulting from missed, late or incorrect doses, or from reliance on the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
